Yes. If you are sending a gift, please make sure you add separate billing and shipping addresses and phone numbers for seamless delivery.
For people ordering from outside India, you must provide a valid Indian phone number for the gift to be delivered to the recipient. Not doing so will lead to failure to deliver

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition.
If in case this happens, please email us your order number and a picture of the expired or damaged product will send you a replacement at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same.
In case of a change of location/time of the item booked, the Customer must reach out to us. We do not encourage cancellations since our team puts in a tremendous amount of hard work to start collecting and placing your chosen products and other decorative items the minute your order is placed.
