No, our crates are available as hampers or to make you own hamper with the products available on our website.

Any order placed for just empty gift boxes will be cancelled.

Once your order is dispatched, you will get an automated email with the tracking number. You can click on it to track your package.

To arrange delivery of the package or for real time delivery issues, you can contact the carrier directly on their customer care number and give them your tracking details.

Yes. If you are sending a gift, please make sure you add separate billing and shipping addresses and phone numbers for seamless delivery.

For people ordering from outside India, you must provide a valid Indian phone number for the gift to be delivered to the recipient. Not doing so will lead to failure to deliver

Yes we accept International cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex etc. In the rare case you’re having trouble making the payment, please drop us an email at support@desorpresa.com

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition.
If in case this happens, please email us your order number and a picture of the expired or damaged product will send you a replacement at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same.

In case of a change of location/time of the item booked, the Customer must reach out to us. Please call (8459122919) or email (support@desorpresa.com) our customer service team will get in touch with you before the order is dispatched. Extra charges will be taken from the customer after calculation of the distance of the changed location, and the timings of the delivery.

Note: No Changes in Time or Location will be entertained 24 hours prior to the delivery.  

In case of rescheduling of the booking, the Customer must reach out to us. Please call at (8459122919) or email (support@desorpresa.com) our customer service team will get in touch with you. Extra charges will be taken from customers in such cases.

Note: No rescheduling will be entertained from 3rd day prior to the date of delivery.
If the client wants to change the date, he/she must have a different date within 3 months from the date of rescheduling.

From the day of receiving the cancellation request, we shall initiate the refund on the next working day. The amount shall be reflected within 7-10 working days, on the initial mode that was used to pay.

We do not encourage cancellations since our team puts in a tremendous amount of hard work to start collecting and placing your chosen products and other decorative items the minute your order is placed.
No Cancellation or Refund will be entertained if the order is placed under 7 working days from the date of delivery. Customers will only be eligible to take credit note against the booking if they wish to cancel the booking on the 7th day prior to the delivery date or any other day under this 7 day period.

A letter that a shop gives you when you have returned something and that allows you to have goods of the same value in exchange, i.g – If you have cancelled your order worth Rs.2000/- then company will issue a credit note from which you can purchase anything worth Rs.2000/- or less, (Read cancellation and refund policy), from our website only till the time period mentioned on the credit note.
