Order Cancellation & Refunds
We do not encourage cancellations since our team puts in a tremendous amount of hard work to start collecting and placing your chosen products and other decorative items the minute your order is placed.
Cancellation or Refund will not be entertained if the order is placed under 7 days from the date of delivery. Customers will be eligible to receive a credit note against the booking if they wish to cancel the booking on the 7th day prior to the delivery date till 2 days before the delivery. There will be no cancellation within 2 days of delivery.
However, If the customer has placed an order a significant number of days prior to the date of delivery and wishes to cancel the order before the 7-day period starts, He/She will be eligible for an 80% refund of the amount paid against the booking or for a credit note of the entire amount which he/she can redeem within 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Note: – As all the orders are prepaid, we only issue a store credit that can be used to purchase products/gifts from the website for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
In case an ordered product is not available, we will reach out to you to assist you with a replacement if required immediately or let you know the estimated wait time for its arrival. You can also opt for store credit for the product that is unavailable. Refunds are only issued in extreme cases where we are unable to provide the product in a reasonable time period.
