Product Returns

We do not accept returns unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiration date.

Q: What if the product is received in damaged condition/ past its expiration date?

A: It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition.

If in case this happens, please email us your order number and a picture of the expired or damaged product will send you a replacement at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same.

Q: What if I want to change the location/time of the item booked?

A: In case of a change of location/time of the item booked, the Customer must reach out to us. Please call (+91 844777 0775) or email (support@desorpresa.com) our customer service team will get in touch with you before the order is dispatched. Extra charges might be applicable after calculation of the distance of the changed location, and the timings of the delivery.

Note: No Changes in Time or Location will be entertained 24 hours prior to the delivery.

Q: What if I want to reschedule the same booking I made to a different date?

A: In case of rescheduling of the booking, the Customer must reach out to us. Please call at (+91 844777 0775) or email (support@desorpresa.com) our customer service team will get in touch with you. Extra charges might be applicable.

Note: No rescheduling will be entertained from 3rd day prior to the date of delivery.

If the client wants to change the date, he/she must have a different date within 3 months from the date of rescheduling.

Q: Once requested, within how many days shall De Sorpresa refund the transaction?

A: From the day of receiving the cancellation request, we shall initiate the refund on the next working day. The amount shall be reflected within 8-10 working days, on the initial mode that was used to pay.

Q: Within how many days will the refund be reflected in your bank account?

A: The amount shall be reflected within 8-10 working days in the original mode used for payment. In case of any problems related to refund, you can send an email to support@desorpresa.com
